VehicleLog Organizer Privacy Policy
VehicleLog Organizer is a local-first, offline-first mobile app that helps you manage vehicles, maintenance records, documents, notes, attachments, reminders, history, and user-controlled backup, export, and restore. This policy explains what information VehicleLog Organizer handles and how it is stored.

1. What VehicleLog Organizer is
VehicleLog Organizer lets you keep vehicle and maintenance information on your device, store related documents and notes, attach files or photos, set local reminders, review history, and create user-controlled backups, exports, and restores. It is designed to work local-first and offline-first.
2. Local-only storage
VehicleLog Organizer stores your data on your device. Your vehicles, maintenance records, documents, notes, attachments, reminder settings, history, Premium entitlement, and related app data remain in local storage on the phone or tablet where you use the app.
3. No account and no login
VehicleLog Organizer does not require an account. There is no registration, no sign-up, no login, and no user profile managed by VehicleLog Organizer.
4. No backend and no cloud sync
VehicleLog Organizer does not operate a VehicleLog backend for your content. The current version does not provide cloud synchronization of your vehicle data between devices.
5. No analytics, advertising, or tracking by VehicleLog
VehicleLog Organizer does not include advertising. It does not include analytics or usage-tracking SDKs operated by VehicleLog that send your app activity to VehicleLog.
Apple App Store and Google Play may process purchase and store information independently under their own policies when you buy or restore Premium. Those services operate according to their own privacy practices.
6. Attachments, camera, and photo library
You may select files, photos, or images from your device and, where supported, capture photos with the device camera. VehicleLog Organizer uses system file pickers, camera, and photo-library flows only when you initiate them.
Attachments you add are stored locally on your device with your VehicleLog Organizer data. VehicleLog Organizer does not upload those attachments to a VehicleLog server.
The camera, photo library, and operating system may handle media according to their own privacy practices. VehicleLog Organizer does not claim that those system features collect no data.
When you choose to capture a photo, an included system or camera component may access your location to preserve location metadata associated with that photo. VehicleLog Organizer does not use this for tracking and does not upload location information to a VehicleLog server. Any such information remains local on your device unless you export or share the associated file.
7. Local notifications for reminders
If you create reminders, VehicleLog Organizer may schedule local notifications on your device so you can be reminded at the times you choose. These reminders are managed on-device. VehicleLog Organizer does not send reminder content through a VehicleLog cloud service.
8. Backup, export, and restore
Backup, export, and restore are user-controlled. When you choose to create a backup or export, or to restore from a file you select, VehicleLog Organizer uses system file pickers, sharing tools, and related flows that you initiate. VehicleLog Organizer does not automatically upload backups to a VehicleLog cloud service.
You decide where shared or saved backup/export files go (for example, another app, Files, email, a cloud drive, or another destination you choose). Those destinations are outside VehicleLog Organizer and follow their own privacy practices. VehicleLog Organizer does not claim that those external services collect no data.
9. Purchases
Premium unlock is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. VehicleLog Organizer does not collect or process your payment card information directly. Purchase processing is handled independently by Apple or Google under their terms and privacy policies.
After a successful purchase or restore, VehicleLog Organizer stores the Premium entitlement locally on your device so Premium features can unlock. VehicleLog Organizer does not operate its own receipt-validation backend.
10. No AI, OCR, or automatic enrichment
VehicleLog Organizer does not use AI, LLMs, OCR, image recognition, or automatic content enrichment on your data.
11. How to delete your data
You can remove VehicleLog Organizer data by:
- Deleting individual records or attachments inside the app
- Deleting any backup or export files you previously saved or shared outside the app
- Uninstalling VehicleLog Organizer, which removes the app and its on-device app data from that device
Uninstalling VehicleLog Organizer does not remove copies that already exist outside the app, such as shared backups, exported files, files you stored elsewhere, or OS/device backups. VehicleLog Organizer cannot delete those external copies. They remain until you delete them yourself in the place they were saved.
Because VehicleLog Organizer does not host your content on a VehicleLog server, there is no VehicleLog cloud account data to request for deletion.
