PetLog Organizer Privacy Policy
PetLog Organizer is a mobile app that helps you keep track of pets and pet-related records, related documents, and local reminders. This policy explains what information PetLog Organizer handles and how it is stored.
This page is written in plain language for store listing and user clarity. It is not legal advice.
1. What PetLog Organizer is
PetLog Organizer lets you record pets and pet-related records on your device, attach documents or files to your pets, set local reminders, and create user-controlled backups or exports. It is designed to work local-first and offline-first.
2. Local-only storage
PetLog Organizer stores your data on your device. Your pets, pet records, notes, documents, reminder settings, and related app data remain in local storage on the phone or tablet where you use the app.
3. No account and no login
PetLog Organizer does not require an account. There is no sign-up, no login, and no user profile managed by PetLog Organizer.
4. No backend and no cloud sync
PetLog Organizer does not operate a backend for your content. The current version does not provide cloud sync of your pet data between devices.
5. No analytics or tracking by PetLog Organizer
PetLog Organizer does not include analytics, advertising trackers, or usage-tracking SDKs that send your app activity to PetLog Organizer.
Apple App Store and Google Play may process purchase and store information under their own policies when you buy or restore Premium.
6. Attachments stored on your device
If you attach documents or files to a pet, those files are stored locally on your device with your PetLog Organizer data. PetLog Organizer does not upload those attachments to a PetLog Organizer server.
Camera capture and photo library features are not currently used in PetLog Organizer.
7. Local notifications for reminders
If you create reminders, PetLog Organizer may schedule local notifications on your device so you can be reminded at the times you choose. These reminders are managed on-device. PetLog Organizer does not send reminder content through a PetLog Organizer cloud service.
8. Backup, export, and restore
Backup, export, and restore are user-controlled. When you choose to create a backup or export, or to restore from a file you select, PetLog Organizer uses local and/or system share and file-picker flows that you initiate. PetLog Organizer does not automatically upload backups to a PetLog Organizer cloud service.
You decide where shared or saved backup/export files go (for example, another app, Files, email, or a location you choose). Those destinations are outside PetLog Organizer and follow their own privacy practices.
9. Purchases
Premium unlock is a one-time in-app purchase handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. PetLog Organizer does not collect your payment card details. Purchase processing is handled by Apple or Google under their terms and privacy policies.
After a successful purchase or restore, PetLog Organizer keeps a local entitlement on your device so Premium features can unlock. PetLog Organizer does not run its own receipt-validation backend.
10. No AI, OCR, or automatic enrichment
PetLog Organizer does not use AI, OCR, image recognition, or automatic content enrichment on your data.
11. How to delete your data
You can remove PetLog Organizer data by:
- Deleting individual records or attachments inside the app, where available
- Deleting any backup or export files you previously saved or shared outside the app
- Uninstalling PetLog Organizer, which removes the app and its on-device app data from that device
Uninstalling PetLog Organizer does not remove copies that already exist outside the app, such as shared backups, exported files, or OS/device backups. Those copies remain until you delete them yourself in the place they were saved.
Because PetLog Organizer does not host your content on its own server, there is no PetLog Organizer cloud account data to request for deletion.

13. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
